As a Home Inspector I perform a very important service, by inspecting a home to professional standards to accurately report the condition of the home to all parties involved. As a home inspector I do not evaluate the home for the cost or value, I do however, report objectively and in writing the condition of all residential home systems as they appear and operate on the day of the inspection. I will present you, the customer (buyer/seller), with a home inspection report, which will be neatly written and conform to the accepted standards of the industry. I am presently abiding by the "Code of Ethics" wriiten by NACHI.
